Transambiation
(©2009, Gregg Plummer)
Transambiation is an airy, atmospheric exploration of change and the myriad of evolving processes we travel through in our life's journeys. This CD meanders through various states of ambience, both light and dark, in a quest for ultimate sound "purity".
Invisible Bird
(©2008, Gregg Plummer)
Never fear the light. Invisible Bird is a shimmering journey through pristine light ambient soundscapes. Like many of his works, Invisible Bird was born from a dream. In this particularly vivid and powerful dream, Gregg experienced a vision of being with someone very close during their final moments of life in this plane and witnessing the release of their soul... "It was like an Invisible Bird had carried them away to another reality."
Vast
(©2007, Gregg Plummer)
Gregg has always been inspired and intrigued by space music and wanted to create his own space music album. Perhaps his most experimental work, yet most popular to date, Vast offers a melodic yet droning soundscape that sets the pace for a journey forth into the vastness of space. This 66-plus minute work explores and strives to suggest and describe surprises, twists and turns both within and outside the womb of reality, and eventual eternal resolve.
Mirrored Echoes
(©2006, Gregg Plummer)
Mirrored Echoes navigates a hauntingly beautiful journey of introspection into the memory spaces of one's past and the dream spaces of one's future. Immerse yourself in radiant atmospheric textures of sound, emotion, and imagination. Experience mystical sound realms of midnight's darkness that give way to radiant morning sunlight. Along the journey you will rediscover keys to hidden worlds known only to yourself...to the world of a shaman's desire...through the spaces that yearn for peace and harmony...toward the dances of joy experienced through the reflections in someone else's eyes. At last, you contemplate the final earthly journey of transmigration into the new beginning.
Many Souls
(©2003, Gregg Plummer)
Every day, one by one, heroes and martyrs instantly vanish into eternity forever. This stark, powerful phrase came to Gregg as he tried to process the unimaginable days and weeks following the tragedy of September 11, 2001. Many Souls, Gregg Plummer's second work, channels the raw and apprehensive emotions within him and those around him, and strives to serve as a contemplative place of sound solace in uncertain times.
Journeys
(©2002, Gregg Plummer)
The journey begins with cool, refreshing waters, navigating toward iconic Deities of light and sound, through dances of one's own spirit, then drawn back as though inhaled by life force itself. Gregg's ambient melodic interludes carry you from one track to the next, to the end of a new beginning and the beginning of a new end.
